Seventh Avenue what a joke! I was getting advertisements from this company for the last 5 months! Saying you are pre approved for credit with us, so after taking a look at there website and the merchandise I filled out the sign up forum and it said Congratulations your approved. So I looked around and selected two items, I know there prices are inflated a bit but it's cool. He is the good part. After I did the check out and I selected to use the charge and pay later feature I get this message. We are sorry we can not ship your order to you a letter was mailed to your home address explaining why! So I called the 1 800 number and got a rude phone rep. I said here is the deal it said I was approved for a line of credit, but after I made selection and used the check out and charge and pay later I got this message she said oh yea your account was not approved. I said the catalog I got in the mail said pre approved and the website said the same thing. Well that's not entirely accurate we use that as a tool to see if you qualify and if you do we ship your order. I said oh more like a fishing tactic to lure people in. She said no! It is for advertisement purpose. I said what ever thanks for wasting my time and please quit mailing this garbage to me. If you knew I was not approved why send me an invite saying your Pre approved? She said please hold I have another call. I went on hold then the phone went dead back to a dial tone, how Unprofessional.
Www.seventhavenue.com stay away from them if you receive a catalog in the mail saying pre approve its gimmick to get you in there.
