I have been getting slammed with there catalogs touting "Credit Pre Approved" so I order a table (WELL under the "pre approved limit") and they held the order indicating that I needed to make a down payment (my credit is STELLAR) and again they are claiming to give me a line of credit far more than the item cost. They claim will process and ship in 7 days. 10 days later I am still waiting, I checked their site, it showed "shipping/shipped" After contacting customer service via e mail I got a terse "it was shipped UPS, and should be there within 2 weeks". No Tracking number, no further info. And no real customer service, in fact it was a rude and abrubt e mail. I will NEVER order from this company again.
