Total ripoff bought a cd that i could not return Minneapolis

I purchased what i thought was a windows xp 2004 upgrade for my dell computer it turned out to a 2002 upgrade which i already have when i tried to return the cd i was told becaused i had opened the box best buy would not except it back. I did not touch the cd at all. So i am out one hundred and seven dollars total rippoff.
