I was a field technician for Geeks On Time for almost 3 months and have NEVER been paid. I've emailed and called every possible contact with this company with zero response or communication.
I finally wisened up and went online to find out if others were having the same issues. Well, it's obvious that this company is swindling their techs, sending them out on service calls, and never paying them. The CEO won't return emails or calls. Mr. Daniel Matalon and the tech accounting department are also ignoring even a simple request for communication.
I have received more information from another tech when I call then anyone else. Something fishy, and dare I say ILLEGAL, is going on here. I am very close to getting an attorney involved. I signed a contract stating that I would be paid within 30 days of the date on the statements I receive. They have breached their contract with me and I plan to get what I deserve out of them.
If anyone has any advice on this situation, or if you have taken legal action, I am anxious to hear your story.
