Our company performed work for Geeks on Time on October 29th and November 1st in Macon, GA. We were contacted by Sandy Lewis and asked to do this job and agreed that we would be paid an hourly rate of $65 and mileage in the amount of $30 per trip. We did this job and submitted our invoices to Geeks on Time. We waited thirty days and had nothing so I called and was told that I would receive an statement and 30 days from statement we would be paid.

I spoke with Daniel Matalon on three dates and was promised that they were working to make good on these invoices but that they were in process of merging with another company and it would be toward the end of January before any payments could begin. On February 11th I spoke with Daniel Matalon and again was told something completely different. Venus McNabb who is listed as the owner won't even respond to email or phone calls. They owe me $217 for work done and never paid.

Daniel told me in December that they were told to file bankruptcy but would only do that to avoid some debt but would work on paying techs. His word and the lack of concern from Venus McNabb leads me to believe they have no intentions of paying anyone. From what I have found out there is more examples of their pattern of not paying.
