There was a company in Las Vegas, Nevada called NADN. This company was closed down by the I.R.S. FOR TAX FRAUD, AND BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, and they were filling for chaper 11. Before this happened though, I contacted discover card to remove a fraudulant charge of $4,990 DOLLARS FROM MY DISCOVER CARD ACCOUNT, PUT ON BY NADN. They did for one month. Then the discover card dispute and fraud departments put the charge back on my account and they both said "we rather lose a costomer, then for us to lose money... It's not your money, it's ours. If we can't retrieve money back from the merchant, you lose. REGARDLES OF THE SITUATION.."
This had sent me back, for that $4,990 dollars actually cost me $12,000 dollars when it was all said and done. Discover's motto, " You are not responsible for fraudulent charges on your account!!!" Isn't that a kick!!! The people working for discover should take a lesson and learn their own motto.
