WalMart Discover
Not closing my account. Identity theft and charges to my credit card. Orlando Florida

I have a woman who took over my identity and credit card account which she charged several thousand dollars.

I filed identity and fraud charges against her and had papers delivered to me to verify I had nothing to do with this.

There was suppose to be an investigation in which I gave them most of the information. Come to find out 2 months later (this happened in Aug.) in Oct. That the investigation never took place. They even knew where she lived.

I asked WalMart Discover 3 or 4 times to close my account and to my suprise, they never did. So guess what, she charged again..

Now, WalMart Discover has raised my monthly payment and is calling my house trying to get me to pay this woman's charges. Go figure..

People, Stay away from WalMart Discover Card. You will only get hurt..
