Upon using the computer one day, I came upon an antivirus service. I signed up for a year at around $50. Upon sending it, I to late noticed check marks at the bottom of the page charging me for two additional services I did not want. I immediately wrote back to change the bill and ran into a stone wall. They only kept sending me what the services would give me, never offering to refund even though I clearly stated what I wanted to do. I tried to call their customer # which was always full so you could not leave a message and they said the had no record of my transaction. Upon further insisting that they refund my money, they only said they would cancel the other two but charge me for another year of the antivirus. Once I told them I wanted out completely, they never again wrote back and again, you could never reach anyone on their phone line.
