Like others, in September my CREDIT was billed $69.99. After no reaction to emails via their customer support site, the cost was questioned through CREDIT. The Next e-mail delivered recommended them-they weren't approved to create any costs, UNTIL they could verify the main reason (which obviously, they mightn't, so that they did not). Again on 8/21 CREDIT informed me they tried another cost for that same quantity. Based on their signal, it's a "continuing" cost. I logged-on to my alleged consideration (since I have had no report of 1, needed to obtain a "new" code sent). There, the only real deal was in 12/05.
Once more, the total amount is problematic t / CREDIT who recommend me the only option might be to shut that consideration # (exactly what a discomfort within the bottom!) and have it re issued t / a brand new one. Additionally they offered me a toll free amount, but as others have reported, it's just an answering system. Therefore, I'll be creating a criticism to NYCis Consumer Affairs/Scam division (s).
I'm also creating a criticism through Amazon.com when I appear to remember the 2005 purchase was created via them. Perhaps that'll acquire some notice.
