Order for a refurbished Wii priced at 20.00 including s/h 8-1 still waiting

On August 1 I electronically purchased a refurbish Wii for 19.99 from wiisforless.com. They promised 1 to 2 day delivery. It is now Aug 21 and I still have not received the Wii.

I have check my bank account (i used my debit card for the purchase) and found the company had withdrawn the 19.99.
