I got an email from hlpbilling (shown below) saying they had charged my account $29.95 and would do so every month. I had no idea where this company was coming from or what the charge was for. It is labeled as Eguidestore so I thought maybe I ordered an online book or something from Amazon by mistake. I hadn't and they did in fact charge my bank account. I am still not positive what it is for, although the closest thing I can think of is last week I went online to find a code for my Microsoft program. I ordered something for $4.95 which said it would enable me to download numerous programs/items for free. After I was charged the $4.95 the Microsoft program/code was not anywhere to be found and the entire website changed. NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WOULD BE CHARGED $29.95 OR THAT IT WOULD BE A RE-OCCURING CHARGE!!! I am livid because like another report says on here, no one answers when you call to question the charge, and the machine says you need an order number to be processed, but there is no order number to be found! IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO GET OUT OF THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
