Once we have seen in additional reviews about that organization it generally does not supply ANY support following the purchase. We also experienced the lengthy phone delay times. They didn't ship all of the products ordered. And after 4 calls and 4 statements they'd deliver the lost products they've NOT delivered ANY products yet. It's been more than 2 1/2 weeks because the preliminary shippment came without all of the products ordered. The primary product-we bought capabilities okay to date but we don't anticipate ANY support must it crash by any means, condition or type. Your viewpoint of the organization has dropped to very cheap! Utilize them with extreme care.
