I piad for a item team orion speed control system the totol of the price with shipping is 20.69 i went on and paid for the item i moved and did not had time to put my new address on ebay and on pay pal. Before i paid for the item i try to put my new address on paypal it wood not take the new address after a long time of tryuing to put it on the paypal account seeuing after a littlebit of time i was not able to put the address on the account they file a dispute and i sent them a messge in the dispute as to why it took so long for me to pay for the item i told them about the new address and the probums of put it in the paypal account so i gave them my new address and sent the moeny with pay pal even do when i did that that my old address was still post on there i try to give them or letting them no that i moved and i got a new address they told me that they will not take it they only take address that are only on the paypal account if you want to pay with pay pal so i try to get them to take my new address and it was getting to be too long and i want to get things moving along so i try telling them that i could not find a post offce naer were i live at that time so i end up getting a no from them and i said to them becase they had told me that i can send the money in the mail and they will be able to send the item to the address that i now live at so
after i try at the time that i paid the frist time with pay pal they still wood not take the new address that i now live at becase it was not on the pay pal shipping account they told me that they only if you were to pay any items with pay pal they will only take verified address only seeuing that this will not work out they refund back the money that i paid for the item and then after that i told them that i will send it in the mail but i also told them that it may take little long about a week ot a hafe of a week i just said it may be longger and i also said in the dispute messge in reply to them that after i get the item i will leve a feedback on the matter of the address and the item after that they got mad becase i said that i will leve a feedback about the address and about the item after i get the item that is they unfairy closds the dis pute and gave me a strick and they did that becase not becase of the item no it was becase i said that i was gowing to leve a feedback about the item and the daily becase of the address iusse i even said in that same messge that i put on the ebay dispute that i will send the money for the item its not like they gave me a strick becase i did want to pay for the item no i got this becaes even do i was still gowing to pay for the item even rether its money or what even becase of the fact of in the last part of the messge that i send sayuing that i will go on and send the payment with a money order and in that same messge i said that i will leve a feed back about the item and the address iusse that gave me this strick becaes i said that i was gowing to leve my own opinions that not right even if some one dont like someones rules my commtnts shound not have my commints go agints me i main is everyone has a right to there own opinons no one shoud have there opinions useds agenst them at at all not even a busness in fact it shond not effct the busness on rether or not do you want to pay for the item yes or no i said yes i will pay for the item in a money order like they told me now becase they are mad about what i said about leveing a feedback my own right as a us man and freedon of speach right too they do not want any thing to do with me i try to get a yes on cotune to forfill the agree ment and send off the meny and get my item emaild them try to work thigs out call email did every thig that i can do nasty did not want anything to do with me i contact ebay and told them whay happen the fact that they gave me a ebay strick after i said in the last dispute messge that i will pay for the item your way with a money order in the mail they did not do anything they now are given me a hard time too i even made a dusput on ebey that end up becase i paid the frist time and got refunded back my money to pay pal when i try to make a dispute on ebay it end up set up in the way that link to pay pal and ebay guy siad to me it is best to make a dispute to get better contact with the seller so my dispute got link to the pay pal dispute only so i did not have a choce but to stick it out as it is now remenber i only ebay guy said that to make a dispute to have good contact with seller it did not work seller made it in to a clam got oh forgot to say that when i got my refund that that it was not claer and said that it was pending so thats the end of the story this was not far the way ebay and seller traet me naver got bisbess doune i try to get a ok into sendding the money and get the item seller said that he do not want to do busness with me i got emails from seller messges from disputes and ebay users feedbacks to back me up so and ebay took away the feed back i put on them you no before all of this happen i was gowing to leve a gray feedback but i end it up leveing a bad feedback becase the way i was tratded aND HISTORY
