Cybertvpartner is a big rip off. First I thought I was paying approximately $45 for the program, but when I called my bank to dispute the charge after it didn't work they informed me the charge was for approximately $65.
I tried the support link - no luck. I tried the email links - no luck. My only hope is that my bank will honor the dispute and in 90 days or so I will get my money back. I really should have known better.
Of course after I realized I had been ripped off, I came to this site and did find them listed here.
