I purchased a list of professionals for marketing purposes. I immediatley noticed upon receipt of the list that about 5,000 records were outisde of the parameters I had specified. However, the $14,000 I paid to email appenders would be justified if the remaining records fit my criteria and were deliverable.
I sent 100,000 emails over the weekend to this list.By mid-day on Monday:
1. My email server was jammed with undeliverable messages—hard bounces
2. The hard bounces continued to arrive faster than I could download them. Once the number reached 85,000 bounces, I had to delete the email box just to get the server going
3. My email sending company fired me because of the spam I had sent
I asked emailappenders for a refund. A full refund would not compensate me for the damage that had been done. They provided excuses. They tried to offer services in exchange but would you trust them?
I explained that a full refund was the only remedy as there was no trust to do any further business. I advise you not to trust this company or any of their representations. They appears to be nice people—but my experience tells me they are cheats.
