I have been a user of the MyWay.com internet email server for about eight years.
At the end of last year, my friends' emails and other legit emails were being blocked by this email server. All of the legit emails were blocked even though their emails are in my address book and in my safe list. (It's my understanding that email addresses in your address book and safe list cannot be blocked.) At that time there was an email address for customers to write for help -which I did write to. I received a nice response. My friend's emails came through for two months.
After two months (now in 2008), my friends' emails were again being blocked and there was no longer an email address for customers to contact. As this year went on, the problem got worse. Now I receive only spam. All legit emails, including all that are in my address book are blocked.
The only solution they offer on the website of unblocking emails is not something I can do. I was unsuccessful. There is no way to contact anyone for help.
I am about ready to cancel my account, but if anyone can help me solve this problem I will appreciate it.
