Zune Pass Fake Internet Internet

I was looking for info on Zune Pass when I found this web site http://www.softwarezune.com/.
They're passing themselves off as a Zune Pass subcription site for other devices.in their terms and condisions say that there is a 2 month money back geranty. I bought it, like a dumb ass, and I have been trying to cancel from the first day.

Their tech support is a loop e-mail. That just send you back that they site.

I hope no one elso falls for this.
