I bought a software called foxadder from foxadder.com and it lured me into buying with its 1 dollar promotion. So I bought it and here was the transaction

Suddenly, when my credit card statement came out, I saw one bill of 60 USD from Privira Networks, Boca Raton, FL. I searched the net and found that there are other people who got scammed by that.
What they have is, in their Terms and conditions,

Remedial Updates - MySpace, Facebook, Youtube, And Digg.com may make changes to their website at anytime where it will void out certain features FoxAdder may have, There for we are required to make a update. The First 30 day's for your use of FoxAdder you will receive free updates. (does not apply to purchases under $20 or special promotion offers.) There on after we charge $20 per update. No more then 4 Updates are billed to FoxAdder customers per month. All Updates are billed on or before the 16th of each month. When purchasing FoxAdder you are automatically enlisted into automatic updates. If you choose not to update your FoxAdder anymore then please contact our billing at [email protected] This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need jаvascript enabled to view it and we will be glad to turn off your automatic updates. Keep in mind if we turn off your updates you will no longer be eligible for updates unless you re enroll.
And
Refund Policy: You have 7 days to consider if FoxAdder is right for you. If you are within your 7 day period we will provide you a refund with no questions asked. For all refunds there is a $25 processing fee, and a pro-rated charge per day of $5.
ChargeBacks, and Returns - Chargebacks are agaisnt our terms and conditions, If you are having a problem with FoxAdder, Please consult with our Staff before hand, This will speed up the process a bit. Charge backs on rightful orders will be charged a $20 Surcharge. Un authorized charges will be refunded asap with no extra charges.
Our fault is, we did not look at the TOC because we did not know they will have something like that. But we never clicked update link ever and then it charged us for that. The credit card statement does not even say that. They just say 60 USD bill.
I called my bank (HSBC) and filed a report with them just now. I am not sure what will happen. I have send the company an email also but I would like to find a way to file complain or report so that they dont cheat anyone else again.
