I have been using Netrillium for about a year and a half, my first experience using their services was normal and everything went accordingly.
Recently, however, i tried to purchase a new domain from them. After the charge going through and the normal setup procedure, i waited eagerly to create my new website. After about 2 days i started to worry that i might have a problem, receiving no tech support and getting answers that averaged 24 hours apart and contained only a few words as a reponse. No help what so ever. After several days i sent out a "ticket" to be helped online (seeing as how i had no other options).in the emails i could see that they were reffering to me as "Priority: Low"
Well, excuse me.
For about 2 weeks i received no help, just spaced out (3 -4 days) replies that repeated the same things, usually asking me for an invoice or other stupid questions which i answered to no avail.
After about 17 days and tired of getting the run around, i let them know how upset i was, and asking for a refund if the problem would not be fixed.
The response i got stated i would not be further assisted, nor would i be given a refund. This Clearly goes against their own 30 day money back policy, and is a bad way to run a buisness. The kicker was this line from their final email to me.
"... Feel free to file a chargeback or Paypal dispute if you believe you've not received services you've paid for"
If you are considering using them, i suggest you look into more reputable web hosters, as Netrillium has a plethora of complaints about them all over the net if you google. They have simply been horrible with their customer support (or lack thereof) and bad buisness managment.
