Bargainland.net has the worst customer service system in the country. They make it darn near impossible to resolve anything — either through their online system or through the telephone customer service employee.
Merchandise is misrepresented frequently although bargainland does a bang-up job of reminding us "buyer beware." If the item is completely different (brand, color, condition) they still try to avoid giving their customers a fair deal.
Do customers have any recourse when dealing with an Internet seller? How can we have "teeth"???
