On March 4 I purchased a set of golf clubs from BargainLand thru their web site Bidtopia that was listed as "NEW TaylorMade R& CGB Iron set of Golf Clubs. The bid listing has all of the official TaylorMade description of the product directly from the TaylorMade site.
On July 30th the 7 Iron from this set broke and I sent it to TaylorMade for repair. August 6th the club was returned un-repaired from TaylorMade with a note that the clubs are counterfeit.
Upon contacting Bargainland they responded that I had 7 days to discover the clubs were counterfeit and that they would not refund the $455.66 I had paid.
