They say no refunds after 30 days but who is going to be able to get a hold of them?
How many folks use snail mail anymore? Especially those geared to internet commerce?

The Company Owner, in his rebuttal says he has no problem refunding this client..."All the client ever had to do was just contact us." And, "We were never contacted by this client to even get the opportunity to resolve this matter."
From my experience so far I'd say, small wonder.
I will gladly report it if this company does contact me and resolve the matter - refund my money.
