I bought a computer from X-Infinity. Exactly one year later my motherboard or CPU crashed. I took it in to my local computer service center and they said it would be $180 to repair.
Checked my X-Infinity paperwork and it clearly stated there was a three year warranty on parts and labor. My e-mails to X-Infinity were ignored. Finally contacted X-Infinity by phone and and was told by Alex to go ahead and send it to them and they would fix it. They didn't want order numbers, or contact info from me. Said it was "all in the system at X-Infinity".
Sent my computer to them via UPS. X-Infinity didn't confirm receipt of the computer, and there was zero contact. Just when i was ready to call, I got the computer back... Smashed to pieces. There was a note saying that they received it that way. The note was not signed, and was not on company letterhead.
I contacted UPS and they took the computer and promised to give me damage insurance of $100.instead X-Infinity got the $100 check. UPS said that was because they were the shipper. Contacted X-Infinity by mail, and requested the $100 for damages. They ignored me. Contacted Attorney General. They ignored them too. I went to small claims court today to try and get something out of this whole mess. I am out $400 and have no computer. Check with Better Business Bureau if you don't believe me! Wish I would have done so first.
