I never could get the product to work on my computer and it made a mess of everything. I would e-mail them and would get a customer ID that they received my e-mail and then it would be hours if not a day before they would respond and it was with a question. I would answer and then several more hours or the next day I would finally get a response which was usually another question and then here we go again. They would not give me a telephone # so I could talk to anyone. The guy or gal e-mailing me back didn't seem to know what I was talking about.
After several days I finally had enough and asked for a refund and have not heard anything back. I don't believe they will give me a refund without a fight. Terrible customer service and I had to do a system restore to get my computer back to where it was. Hide My IP is not a legitimate company. That's my personal opinion. They should be tarred and feathered for such poor customer service.
