Itsyourdomain.com is my domain registrar for my business domain. I have email forwarding attached to my domain (a paid service) so all of my email is forwarded to a different account.
One day it just quits working. Only way to contact these clowns is by putting in a trouble "ticket". No response, another ticket, no response.
On my own I figured out that the forwarded email was being rejected by most servers as spam because IYD got on a spam list. Due to IYDs IP being interpreted as a spam nothing works.
Finally after about 2 weeks of getting no email and begin ignored by IYD I gave up and moved my domain and got hosting elsewhere.
Still have no response from IYDs tech support.
As an additional note, a similar problem occured about 4 months ago (which fixed itself after about 3 days). Same problem with IYD and getting no response. Finally after about 2 months I got an automatic form letter appologising for the delay while they were chainging to a trouble ticket system.
They suck...
