Company has a clear objective of collecting money and not returning it when it is due to you. Such as when you join and then cancel. I have been trying to cancel their service for two weeks. They have double charged my credit card. Which is fraud. I only authorized one $9.95 web-hosting account charge. I followed all the steps for cancellation that they have on their website and for which i was verbally told by customer service reps, but they do not want to cancel my service which is $9.95 per month.
What they do is give you the "run around". They keep sending you e-mails telling you that someone will get back to you, and no one ever does.
If any one else is experiencing this problem, contact your local district attorney's office for assistance.
Luckily for me, I have a Pre-Paid Legal Plan that gives me unlimited access to a local law firm that reviews unlimited contracts and documents. And they provide unlimited letters and phone calls on my behalf. This host gator sham will be getting a letter and or a phone call from my provider law firm, free of charge to me.
