I used One2Host for about 7 months to host an ASP site, Seemed to work OK for about 4 months and then found that the web site was not always responding. I could FTP so I thought it was just the Internet traffic.
Foolishly I transferred my other domain to them to get ASP hosting. Payment taken very quickly, but domain never set up. I could not FTP to new domain or to other domain either.
Emails and trouble tickets were never responded to. I requested a cancellation and refund, never received a response.
Called my credit card company and issued a charge back to PaySystems.
Got a dunning letter from a collection agency, told them to forget me paying and sent email documentation of my trouble tickets with no responses.
I hope this company just goes away.
