On my computer I was tricked into purchasing a antivirus software, called antivirus XP File Shredder premium support. The company made it appear to be great antivirus software that will help to protect your computer. The company gets you to download the software to your computer and the gets you to purchase the registration code. Promising to ship the software, be standard mail which you are not charged for.
The time of purchase was in the later evening on 4/16. I later discovered that I did not want to purchase the items, so I called the billing number above for a refund.in which I get no answer, or a automated machine that asks customers to leave their email or last seven digits of their credit card number. I have not yet recieved, any response when I emailed them for billing help or support. On that day I file a claim with my bank and let them know that my debit card number might have been compromised.
