As before with everyone else, I was surfing the web when my computer seized up. I got a message box that said I had 21 viruses, and I needed to immediately download the Windows AntiVirus software. I tried to reboot several times to run a scan with my own antivirus, but the 'viruses' locked up my computer, disabled my icons, and would not let me get to my antivirus. I felt like I was being held hostage, and my computer would NOT work. Their software unfroze my computer, but the company can not be found. I received no emails, no information of the fake antivirus, and the charge showed up on my credit card. When I tried to search for Videocaver, my computer froze up again, and would not let me do a search.
