This site will rip you off! I had this service last year and did not like or use it. I did not want it this year. When I was checking my checking account statement yesterday, I see they charged my account without authorization. When I called and said I did not want it, they said they would cancel it for but would not for 2008 and NO refunds.
They stand behind the small print (whick took me 15 minutes to find). The trial period is like a worm on a hook. Once they snag you the screw the heck out you.
What makes it worse it their condensending attitude on the phone. They could really care less if your a satisfied customer or not, cause they have your money and wont give it back. Once they have your money and that is all they care about.
1. You wont be able to get through.
2. You will get a condensending rep.
3. You will ask for a supervisor and be told that its no use, there gonna agree.
4. The rep comes back and says they talked to the super for you and he agrees.
5. You insist to speak to a super and you wait on hold forever.
6. The super finally answers and is even more of a smart A$@ jerk.
7. You will get no satisfaction and be told... No refunds...
So... Save yourself the high blood pressure and the wasted time and chalk it up to being ripped off. Take the same time you would have spent and call the BBB or AG, or usacomplaints.com.
