This is from a online registration that said over and over the nascar weekend for daytona was free. Said over and over "nothing will be charged" i had to update to a current active charge to receive the no charge weekend.in no way was this a free 14 day trial. If was for "free" daytona weekend.
I was told because i had been a member 2 years ago it automatically charged me for a 2008 year i did not want. I was a member in i canceled 2007.
They without notice or permission charged me for a 2008 membership that i did not order or want.
I called them 866-722-5299 on 2-29-08 6:30pm est

He told me he filled claim and i should receive refund.
I called back on march 3rd claim number 12886499 7:57pm est
Was told it should be ain a few days.
I called back on 3-14 at 2:35pm was told refund by amanda that her supervisor would process my refund that night. Claim number 12890197
No refund. This was a unauthorized charge. This was illegal.
