This is a total rip off. They never sent an email to remind me of the ongoing charges to my card, which is usually how it happens in my experience.
When I did see the billing—on the 4th time, they were billing me $40 every 6 months — I called within 3 business days and was told I could not get a refund and there was no one who could help me.
Usually you can escalate to a reasonable supervisor in these cases. But I was told they could tell a supervisor about the case, but it was just a formality and no refund would eb forthcoming.
Heck, they can have the first $120 I wasted... I just want my last $40.
Nascar.com and Turner Sports Interactive are operating a sleazy operation.
