This is for other victims who had the same issue as me. I noticed other people was having a harding time contacting these people as I did. I am disputing with my bank and they were so kind to provide the phone numbers to both of these companies.

The contact number provided for IDPROCS.com is 866-886-1277. Calling the merchant will allow them the opportunity to refund the charge and ensure that they do not debit your account again. You may also request cancellation of any future transactions when contacting the merchant.
