I ordered a pocket quad 49cc 2stroke off there internet site. $449.99

What i got was something that looked like this

I got onto the chat site on there web page {only way you can ever get a hold of them after they get your money} the same day it arrived and told her that it was the wrong one but stated the pocket quad was the same as the mini quad. Tried to explain to her it was 2 different ones. She stated she would refund my money if i send it back... Lose out on the shipping/restock fee though. And i am thinking if i do send it back how do i know if this heidi dwral will refund my money??? They shipped it out of california but the day before she shipped it she called me and told me the color i wanted the last one had a crack on the fender becuase she just inspected it... Now she is in flordia and just inspected it and it was shipped from california??? THEY ARE RUNNING SOME KIND OF SCAM

And need to be put out of business

Found out this company is being investagated by the attorney general in flordia. I want to the quad i ordered but want them to pay for the s/h and return all my money or shipped the right pocket quad i ordered.
