Fraud, Not Wholesaler Prices, No contact Number, Don't reply to tickets, Havent shipped my purchases

I, like many people, decided to purchase access to this so-called wholesale dropship company just a few weeks ago. I paid the Ebay AD Wizard subscription fee of $49.00.
My first issue is that I could not get my address verified through there automated system, there is no phone support unless you pay an addtional $99.00 subscription fee.

Despite their less than wholesale prices, I was able to make a sale. (lucked out with one of their products, they must have marked the price wrong)
I ordered it, I paid for it, money withdrawn (paypal), and yet my customer still hasnt received his overnight delivery (Its been 5 days)

I made several "tickets" with questions and complaints. Only 1 was answered, the rest ignored.
On ticket I submitted stated that I was extremely concerned that my customer hasn't received his shipment and that is costs $99.00 for phone support to try and resolve this issue. I also stated that I would contact the BBB and/or their local atty generals office if I did not get a reply to my ticket.

Their reply stated that I was "threatening" the company and that it is grounds for termination (without refund) and that I should "consider this my one and only warning." Whereas I replied, "it was not a threat, my concerns are legitimate and I paid for a service that refuses to provide me with the service I subscribed to."
Days later (today) I receive an email with a FEDEX tracking # for my purchase. Was shipped today. And will arrive at my customers address Friday. (so much for overnight service)

Then, at 8:30pm I received a call from their Business Development Office asking if I was interested in their services to get my business up and running, and if I am willing to invest lots of time and MONEY. He said it was a screening, that if I was accepted his Manager would call me. (YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME)
Of course, I proceeded to detail my experience with his company. He still didn't let up. So, I played the game. Apparently, the Business Development Manager will call me TUESDAY. (I can't wait to talk to him.)

It is my recommendation that you do not subscribe to their services. They are dishonest, practice poor business, charge more than wholesale prices, do not ship products as described, and never answer their "tickets." i mean honestly, what reputable company charges $99.00 for live phone customer service?
