Ripoff - Did not send me even tickets that were paid for - Horrible customer service, when I inquired about my tickets they hung up on me!

I purchased 4 tickets to the USC vs UCLA game for Dec. 2nd back in Sept. When I purchased the tickets online they stated "LOWER LEVELS SHIP TODAY!" and since my tickets were 3rd row I assumed my tickets would be mailed out in a timely manner. A month went by and no tickets, so I called Customer Service and they told me that they would send them out as soon as they received them because they hadn't gotten the tickets in yet.

I contacted them again today because the event is 5 days away and LIZ (the only customer service rep) said that they would mail them when they got them. I then stopped her and said the event is 5 days away, she then put me on hold for 5 mins. When she came back on the line she tells me that they are not going to be able to give me the tickets after all because they ticket broker didn't' come through. What???

I was so upset because now I have less then 5 days to find tickets if I want to attend this event - I have been looking forward to Dec. 2nd for months and they come out with that? Not to mention that 1 ticket was a birthday present for an individual that had been looking forward to the big game as well.

I told her (LIZ) that I needed tickets for the event and that when I had purchased them they stated in my email that if there were to be any problem that they would find equivalent seats and she says "that is correct I have 4 tickets in row 76." How in the world are those equivalent I said, I paid for 3rd row tickets and you are going to throw me on row 76? She then said "that is all I can do ma'am, if you don't want those tickets then that is your choice but I have to go now" then I said let me talk to your manager if you have to go then, she then stated that she is the only customer service rep working for the company allowed to talk to people.

When I told her that I would not settle for 3rd row seats being replaced for 76th row she said "that's fine ma'am do as you please" and she hung up. I called back because I was not going to let them get away with my money and no tickets, she answered again of course and when I gave her my order number she said are you taking the tickets or not, I said no I need something equivalent or my money back - she hung up on me again! What a b*!! I can't believe this horrible experience!

NEVER AGAIN am I purchasing tickets from that stupid-rip off company. I called again and now all I get is the answering machine. BE CAREFUL!!! Do not purchase from this company. They will rip you off!
