I have been in business with Ultra Laboratories since last December. They initiated a wholesale list with my company, with good discounts on larger orders. But as the products that I was selling became more in demand, the company began changing the prices on the wholesale list. When I asked the sales manager why the prices changed, he became very defensive and made it more difficult for me to buy products. Then when I approached his superior, the superior also became defensive and he increased the prices even more.
Later, through questions to employees at Ultra Laboratories, I found out that only my company was effected by this price increase, because I was selling the products successfully. They knew that since my business counted on the sale of their products, they changed the price to increase their personal profit. The change to my wholesale purchase prices were given with only a two hour warning after I had placed my order.
They are very shrewd and greedy business people and from this experience I will never deal with their company or products ever again.
