I subscribed to download Google Earth. I paid 79.95 for a three year subscription and when I went to go into mysoftwareprovider.com, it stated that my account does not exist.
It says to contact them through the member area.in order to get into the member area, you have to login. Again it would not let me stating the my account did not exist.
My credit card has already been charged, I have no way to even contact this company.
