Was trying to download Mozilla for my Mac. Got directed to purchase what I thought was the software but ended up being a bogus annual software support contract. (Was able to download software for free eventually at a different site.) Tried to contact company to cancel contract but never received a return email, nor was I able to find phone contact information through their website or consumer support link. My credit card company was able to provide me with a phone number (888-846-9590), and I was finally able to get a refund (serviced by something called marketbill.com or mymusicbill.com) less a service fee (that was conveniently hidden in a tiny link off the credit card info page). Didn't get all my money back, but at least I'm not out the full amount.
