I ordered an easel from Easel Society. They sent a confirmation e-mail and charged my credit card two days later and that is the last I heard from them. I recieved no shipping information or tracking number to locate my package, and the package itself has never arrived. I have called and e-mailed the company every day for five days. The phone goes to a voice mail that does not even identify the company by name. I have never reached a person on the phone and received no response to my emails. I am trying now to dispute the charge on my credit card.
