On 1/3/08 A ZWW ISP sales rep called and offered me a free month of online advertising, assuring me I could cancel anytime with a phone call.
On 1/24/08 I got a call from a ZWW sales rep asking if I wanted to continue. I said, No, the services had not brought me any calls, and please cancel. No problem, he said, and told me I would not have any charge.
On 3/17/08 I received a Qwest bill with a ZWW charge of $49.95. I called immediately and was rather rudely told that just because someone named Mike told me I had cancelled didn't mean I had cancelled. They had no record of it and so they would not remove the charge.
On 3/18/08 I spoke with a supervisor at ZWW. She repeated the same message and said there was no one else I could talk to.
