Complaint / review text:
Went in to buy a new computor and was told they only had used ones (there were 5 new ones, still in boxes, with one on display sitting there) available. Was told I could take one of those and in a couple weeks have it replaced with the new one I wanted. This system was loaded in my truck and said here it is.
Take it home and set it up.??? I thought that was their job to deliver and set up. And I barely knew how to turn one of these things on, and told them that. They said just follow the directions. When I went back to check on the status of the new computor I was promised they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and informed me the payments would go up.
Not agreeded on to begin with. I kept the used one. After a while they did start going up on my payments. Not very much but I thought the payments were to stay the same untill it was paid for. Well the main point is, I started having troubles. It took me 2 months of begging, complaining and then threats for them to have it repaired, and yes I had bought the insurance in my contract from day one.
I had to take it to them. They had it about 3 weeks and nothing had been fixed. It was covered in enough dust to plant a flower in so I know it just sat in a corner. After a few more days of complaining and calling the field supervisor I took it back and this time it came back all wrapped in celephane and worked. More problems now and I took it to them and the just ran a restoration and its totally fried. Its only a few weeks from being paid for and I know they are putting me off, again. HELP!
