They entice with a lie from the very beginning. 1. You'll be receiving the top of the line Dell Computor, when I ask what model would that be, the reply is "we have our own in-house numbers and they are different from Dells"). 2. You'll be receiving your Computor in two weeks, then two more weeks, then two more weeks (while the whole time money is being deducted from your account) 3. Funds are withdrawn on day that was not agreed to, causing check to bounce. 4. Once first six payments are paid in full ($300 check four $71.98 payments) still, no computor. At this point, since the contract has been officially breached, I wanted the money refunded. $562.00 of $1,871.48 total had already been stolen (they refused refund), All for a computor that could have purchased directly from DELL for $399.00 which is definitely not anywhere near a top of the line computor.
Deception, Trickery, con artist, these adjectives do not begin to describe how big this is. Stealing cannot really be this easy, But lets face it, this is AMERICA.
800-760-0704 This was the number they ran but shut down after Christmas. This company, Financing Alternatives, Inc. Is a choo-choo train of lies. Class Action, fines, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES etc. Are the ways to fight them, even though they truly think they're bigger than the law, they are in for a big suprise.
