Back in late October of I placed an order for some software at unbeatabledeals.com. A few days later, I noticed that my credit card had been charged twice by the company. (2 charges of $29.75 each.) I sent this email to the company on 11/1:
Sales ID: 436524
I was charged twice on my credit card for this purchase ($29.75). Please let me know how it will be fixed.

I received no response. 5 days I resent the email and even cut and pasted the invoice I had received when I'd placed my order. No response from customer service.
A few weeks later, I got a letter in the mail from them. It was a form I could use to return the software - the letter with it said that I had placed 2 orders for the same software with them. (Funny, I only received *1* invoice from them - where's this so-called second order invoice?).
To this day, I have yet to receive *EITHER* of the software orders they charged me for. So not only was I double charged, but I was totally ripped-off!
