I placed an order with this company that sells and supposedly gives away software. I was told I had to pay a fee on my credit card and was told what it would be. I then found that in addition to the fee they said I would have to pay another fee was added. I contacted the company about fifty times to cancel the order and recieve a full refund. I got one email saying how to complete the cancellation and I did what was asked in the email.
Since then I still have the rather large fee on my credit card, I don't have the product and I haven't heard a word from this company. Unbeatable deals is unbeatable at poor customer service and swindling. Don't get scammed by this company you can buy the free software at retail and pay less than you will pay in fees from unbeatable deals. Not only did they rip me off they made my credit card be over the limit, hence I have no product, no credit on my credit card, have heard nothing from the company and have a wonderful twenty five dollar fee.
Basically I paid over sixty dollars for software that was adverised for around $12.
Stay away from Unbeatabledeals.com, the only thing you'll gain is huge unreasonable charges and horrific "customer service."
