Ordered service supposedly 70x faster and received service slower than dial up

I recently signed up for HughesNet because I thought it would be a solution to all my problems when trying to download music files and upload music programs, but apparently not. The service is susposed to be up to 100x faster than dial up. I purchased the most expensive plan. And now I have a slow connection speed, and I can't download hardly anything because of the slow connection speed. I tried calling customer service, but for some strange reason customer service doesn't speak English, and I can't understand a word they're saying. They can't even understand me. I don't know where this service is, but it's not in the U.S. Not that I have a problem with it, but how can someone expect to get service help if the people in the customer service department don't even speak your langauge? If I can't understand them and they can't understand me, what's the point? Should I have to spend all of my valuable time trying to learn their langauge just so I can improve my service? I can't, I have songs to write and music to create. I don't have time for this fxxxing nonsense!
