We signed a contract with websiteq over a year ago to redesign our website to include a shopping cart. We were told it would be a 2 week project. Though I never expected it to be done in 2 weeks, I also never expected it to take 13 months. I was clear with them from the begnning what we wanted and at each point was assured they could do it, only to be told a number of times along the way that they couldn't do THAT for the original price quoted (you'll have to pay extra for it). When I told them I had been told they could do that in the original quote - they all but called me a liar.
The kicker was having Bob screaming at me on the phone saying he was GOD (when I asked for the owner's name) and he would not listen to customers telling him they were not doing their jobs, blaming us for the delays, and calling me too cheap to want to pay the extra money to get it done (after I'd already paid additional money along the process).
I only wish these reports had been filed before I signed the contract. WebsiteQ is the worst.
