called WebsiteQ on 7/10/07 and wanted us to do some work on his website.
Alex sent over the change he needed done (which WebsiteQ completed) He agreed to pay half of the services up front and the balence when completed.
We received the first payment but not the second. He claims the project was not done on time and wanted the second part done for free or give him the FULL 25 HOURS of maintenance in hours so he could get what he wants.
We spent 12 hours of work with a remaining 13 hours left. WebsiteQ would have done the 2nd project with no problem but he failed to make the second payment on deadline. When we called him for the second payment he refused to pay and argued. We did not do the 2nd project because the work he paid for up front was complete. Noone in the industry would do work for free.
Be careful working with this company on any design projects. Alex then proceeding to call his credit card company and charge back the full amount of money for work that we DID!!! This says it all. All information can be provided as this is true and on paper.
