I can't imagine anyone who wants any type of reasonably sophisticated website being happy with this compnay. They probably do fine as a host and "developer" for those who need very simple sites, and they have done many of those. If you're doing e-commerce or or a complext site, you should look elsewhere.
I'm a novice and got captivated on the "pick a template" idea and 10 web page promise. The company, in the end, delivered mostly what was expected, but I could see that trying to work with them was going to be a disaster for me if I actually started my online business with them. They rarely answer the phone or return emails, they make promises on deadlines and continually miss them and really seem to be clueless about way too many things that they should have a functional understanding of. For instance, at one point (after the project manager became unavailable) I had been turned over to the owner who didn't even know that Google could provide a search box to search a site. I knew that I'd be absolutely screwed with that level of knowledge, service, commitment if I proceeded. So I made the tough decision to abandon the site and start over - extremely painful, but I'm sure the right thing to do. They were happy to see me go.
In the end, I wasted about $1000 with these clowns and now am redoing the site myself. If you're a dentist office doing a couple of info. Pages, you're probably ok. If you're like me and you're putting together a complex site, go with someone you know you can trust.
