I purchased a remote control electric golf cart from East Coast Wholesales in April and it did not work properly from day 1. After many emails and phone calls they finally sent me 2 different replacement parts, which when installed, did not cure the problem.
Since that time I have tried to contact them via email and telephone but they do not respond. They are refusing to honor the warranty! A friend of mine who works for a law firm has sent them several letters and left many telephone messages and emails but they have not responded.
I tried a mediation service offered by ebay and East Coast again did not respond. Complaints to ebay went nowhere. I am now preparing to take them to court.
Caveat emptor! This company is unscrupulous and should be avoided.
